We welcome our little patients and guarantee complete peace of mind for both the children and their parents. This is ensured by a combination of dentist professionalism and high-quality equipment.

Coming to a pediatric dentist is not always an easy task. A child needs time to adapt to the new surroundings. They must trust the doctor and stop being afraid. This is the key to easy, quick and painless treatment of the highest level.

Without pain or fear

We have created optimal, sterile conditions for the comfortable removal of milk teeth. The anaesthetics in our clinic meet all the necessary modern standards of effectiveness and safety.

Tip: come with your child in advance — ideally about 20 minutes before the procedure. This time is needed for play and relaxation, which lift the child mood. Once the appointment begins, we keep things going with cartoons. This is a great way to distract the child attention from what the doctor is doing.

The best option is for parents to be present during the appointment, which gives the child a sense of security.

Remember: without trust and calm, a visit to the dentist may not go perfectly smoothly. If the parents are calm, that mood is passed on to the child. We value the trust placed in us, so we do everything in our power to minimise any negative psychological impact on the child and to make the appointment go as smoothly as possible.

When extraction is necessary

Parents always want their child teeth to be healthy and their smile beautiful. But sometimes milk teeth are better removed. Below is a list of the most common cases:

  • advanced caries, irreparable destruction of the tooth;
  • a cyst at the base of a milk tooth;
  • a loose milk tooth that does not fall out, which causes discomfort and threatens gum inflammation;
  • a firmly anchored milk tooth that prevents the permanent tooth from growing normally;
  • a milk tooth occupying the future position of the permanent tooth, which threatens improper growth of the latter, bite problems and so on;
  • dental injuries (serious chips, large cracks, root damage);
  • an orthodontist recommendation, where only removing the milk tooth can achieve a correct bite and a beautiful dental row;
  • the presence of an extra tooth, which is a fairly rare occurrence.

Why you should not remove a milk tooth at home

If parents notice that a child milk tooth is loose, or some other problem is spotted, they should consult a professional immediately. Trying to remove the tooth yourself can harm both the child psyche and their health, since such a procedure is quite painful, and doing it correctly is no easy task. The most unpleasant outcome is breaking the tooth without removing the root. This can lead to negative consequences.

Removing a tooth prematurely is also not the best option, because it can lead to improper formation of the dental row. In other words, self-treatment is not a good option at all; a far better decision is a visit to the dentist.

Do not put off a visit to a specialist — problem milk teeth will not go away, and if the problem is left to run its course, complications may develop that make treatment more difficult.
