Oral SPA procedures are carried out in several stages:

1. Scaling

Scaling is the removal of hard, mineralised dental deposits from the tooth surface, both above and below the gum line. It is performed using ultrasound.

The benefits of using ultrasound:

  • irrigation of the gum pockets
  • the effect of cavitation and acoustic turbulence damages the membrane of many pathogenic microorganisms, leading to their death

2. Air-Flow procedure with the Prophyflex device

The teeth are cleaned with an air stream that directs a water-air mixture with a special calcium-bicarbonate-based powder at the tooth.

This method cleans the entire tooth surface of plaque, including pigmented plaque from coffee, tea and smoking, even in hard-to-reach places. This produces natural teeth whitening.

3. Remineralising therapy

The procedure is carried out with a disposable circular brush and a special paste that:

  • polishes safely, giving the smoothest possible tooth surface
  • prevents plaque retention and tartar formation
  • deeply remineralises
  • reduces increased tooth sensitivity

The paste saturates the tooth with bioavailable calcium and phosphorus and also contains nanohydroxyapatite, which is identical to the structure of enamel and restores its internal structure.

4. Care for the oral mucosa

Gums
A special patented gel is applied that has wound-healing, antiviral, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Thanks to its high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, it also forms a biofilm that protects the gums and speeds up regeneration.

Lips
To protect and restore the lips, we apply a therapeutic balm containing amino acids, vitamins and minerals that promotes cell renewal and enhances regeneration. The balm moisturises, nourishes and protects your lips and also relieves irritation.

5. Coating the teeth with fluoride varnish

How the varnish works: this is a fluoride coating containing innovative ingredients — sodium fluoride and calcium fluoride. Saliva activates the varnish on the tooth surface, ensuring the simultaneous release of calcium and fluorides. Because the varnish forms a film that coats the enamel and stays on it for up to 7 days, we achieve prolonged delivery of fluoride into the enamel, which reduces enamel solubility and increases its resistance to caries.
